These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the virtual course ("Course") offered by [Course Provider] ("Provider"). By signing up for the Course, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering for the Course.
Registration and Eligibility:
1.1. To register for the Course, you must complete the registration process as provided by the Provider. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
1.2. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you meet any eligibility requirements set forth by the Provider for participation in the Course.

Course Content:
2.1. The Provider will provide access to the Course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, and other educational resources.
2.2. The Course content is intended for educational purposes only and is the intellectual property of the Provider. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Course content without the express written consent of the Provider.

Course Fee and Payment:
3.1. The Course fee, if applicable, will be specified during the registration process. You agree to pay the Course fee in the manner indicated by the Provider.
3.2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Provider.
Intellectual Property:
4.1. All intellectual property rights in the Course materials, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, belong to the Provider or its licensors.
4.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any intellectual property of the Provider without the express written consent of the Provider.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
5.1. The Course is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Course or its content, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.
5.2. The Provider does not guarantee that the Course will meet your expectations or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Course content is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability:
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Course, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
6.2. The Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the Course.
Termination:
7.1. The Provider may, at its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Course without prior notice if you violate any provisions of this Agreement or engage in any behavior that is detrimental to the Course or other participants.
7.2. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Course materials, and the Provider shall have no further obligations to you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
Entire Agreement:
9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Provider regarding your participation in the Course and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written.
Illinois State Board of Educator (ISBE) or Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Credit:
10.1. The Provider may offer the opportunity to earn Illinois State Board of Educator (ISBE) or Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits for completing the Course. The availability of ISBE or CEU credits will be clearly indicated during the registration process.
10.2. You acknowledge and understand that the issuance of ISBE or CEU credits is subject to compliance with specific requirements set forth by the Provider and any relevant accrediting bodies. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, attendance, participation, and successful completion of the Course as determined by the Provider.
10.3. The Provider shall have the sole discretion to award or withhold ISBE or CEU credits based on your fulfillment of the specified requirements.
10.4. The Provider will provide you with a certificate of completion or other documentation evidencing the ISBE or CEU credits earned, if applicable, after successful completion of the Course.
10.5. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ISBE or CEU credits earned through the Course meet any specific licensing, certification, or professional development requirements imposed by relevant authorities or organizations.
10.6. The Provider makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the acceptance or recognition of the ISBE or CEU credits earned through the Course by any third parties, including educational institutions, employers, or licensing boards. It is your responsibility to verify the acceptability of the credits with the relevant parties.
By signing up for the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not register for the Course.
